DOG NEWS
No dogs are allowed in Pope Farm Park and Goth Park
in the Town of Middleton as of 9-1-06.
The Town
Board’s current policy is to permit dogs in:
·
Tallard Conservancy (off of Airport Road)
·
On the trails in the Cherrywood Conservancy Parks (entrances
on Swoboda and Sabaka Roads south of Cherrywood Lane)
·
On the public recreational trails in Stonebrook Estates,
Prairie Homes Estates and Prairie Homes Estates, 1st
Addition.
All other
Town Parks and Trails are off limits to dogs
Town
Ordinances require that:
1) All dogs be leashed whenever they are not on their owners
property,
2)
All dogs over 5 months in age be licensed,
3)
All dog waste be removed from the roads, parks and trails.
