Plan Commission

This seven member Commission is appointed for terms of three years. The group reviews plans for the development of vacant areas and subdivisions of private property to assure consistency with established community standards. With the exception of a one-family dwelling on a single plot, the Planning Commission also performs site plan review for all new buildings, additions to buildings, altered land use activities and projects containing more than one home. The Commission also conducts studies and is advisory to the Board on matters relating to stormwater management, green space requirements and other issues.

The Plan Commission meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Boardroom located at 7555 W. Old Sauk Rd, Verona. Click HERE to view the Town Meeting Schedule.
